Following a flurry of spring planting activity in the Guldara District in the
Shamali Valley of Afghanistan, the Global Partnership for Afghanistan
(GPFA) reported that more than 70,000 trees are now in the ground to create
orchard, nursery and woodlot businesses in Afghanistan.
